A jelly made of wine may sound an awkward idea. But once you try this jelly, you will surely start loving it. Even if your pancakes and roast chicken are not tasty, you can make them delicious just by topping them with wine jelly.
Ingredients
  • Package lemon gelatin - 1 3-oz (85 g)
  • Package orange gelatin - 1 3-oz (85 g)
  • Water, boiling - 2 cups
  • Red wine - 4 oz (120 ml)
Instructions
  1. First of all, put a skillet on the burner and combine the lemon and orange gelatin.
  2. Now, add a couple of cups of water and start mixing the material with a cooking spoon.
  3. You are required to keep whisking the mixture until the entire gelatin dissolves.
  4. If the water is already boiled, you don’t need to turn on the burner.
  5. It is the time to add to the red wine.
  6. Again, you are supposed to whisk it properly, making sure that all the ingredients are well combined.
  7. Pour the material into the plastic shot glasses when the liquid turns thick.
  8. If you are making this jelly on a larger scale, you can store it in the clean jars.

  10. Don’t add more than a couple of ounces of the mixture per glass.
  11. The final step is refrigerating the jelly.
  12. You will have to wait for 2- 4 hours.
  13. It may take more than a couple of hours, depending on the efficiency of your refrigerator.
  14. Once the jelly is completely set, remove it from the plastic shot glasses.
