How to Make You Skin Glow With No Spots
Going out and staying in the sun damages your skin, sometimes beyond repair. Pollution is no friend of yours either as it destroys skin, leaving behind unwanted blackheads. Keeping your skin fresh requires attention and a little bit of hard work. You need to cleanse facial skin on regular basis for the protection and regeneration of your damaged skin cells. Using too many skin products is a bad idea as some of these products do more harm than good. Follow some basic techniques if you want to achieve perfectly glowing skin.
Things Required:

1
Water is always good for the skin, the more water you drink the more moisturised and healthy your skin will be. Some people don’t know that water helps in keeping your skin young and healthy. So if not for yourself, drink water for your skin.
-
2
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, as they play a critical role in revitalising your skin, increasing the production of new cells. Most vegetables and fruits contain many different vitamins and minerals that are essential for healthy skin.
-
3
Splashing your skin with warm water will give it a glow without any spots. However, make sure that the water is not hot, as it can damage the skin cells, causing it to become dry.
-
4
Using manufactured products such as skin cleansers also helps in the protection of your skin, giving it an attractive glow.
-
5
You can apply the cleaner that suits your skin by gently rubbing to ensure it is properly absorbed.
-
6
Leave the cleanser on for about two minutes to allow it to make an impact on the skin.
-
7
Taking off this cleaner requires your full attention as you have to wipe it off instead of rubbing it. For this you can use some wet flannel but make sure it is cold.
-
8
You now need to close your pores for which you have to splash your face with cold water. While warm water helps in opening/loosening your pores, cold water does exactly the opposite.
-
9
After you are done splashing water, you need to gently pat your face with a dry towel. Do not be rough nor should you rub the towel on your face.
-
10
Apply a moisturiser of your choice on your dried face.

You need to repeat this process at least twice a week for perfect looking skin.
