How to Make Your Hair Healthy Again

Everybody loves to give their hair different styles according to new fashion trends and ever-changing moods. However, many cosmetic styling processes, from over bleaching to home colouring to burning with blow dryers, curlers and irons, ruin hair very badly leaving them dry, frizzy and brittle. Extremely damaged hair is very hard to manage, may even break and become rough with no shine. Such uneven broken hair can also destroy your hairstyle. It is important and better to prevent your hair from damage rather than trying remedies on the damaged hair. If you find that it is too late for prevention then go for the remedies and treatments to get back your healthy hair. Never let your hair to go out of your hand and take charge of your hair’s health as soon as possible.

    Trim the dead ends of your hair to make them look healthy again. It is very difficult to say goodbye to your hair but with the splits end you won’t be able to keep them healthy and good looking. Trim your hair after every 6-8 weeks to avoid split ends.

    Always condition your hair after washing them. Use a good quality shampoo and conditioner. Avoid washing your hair daily, unless you have really oily hair. Using shampoo daily take away natural oils from your hair leaving them brittle, dry and hard to manage. Deep condition your hair every week.

    Never try to detangle wet hair. Always use a wide toothed comb to detangle your hair. Wet hair are very weak as  compare to dry hair and can be broken by an occasional pull while dry hair are not that delicate and can withstand little pulls.

    Make a best choice for your hair by dropping straightener, curling irons, hot rollers, hair dryers and other such styling things. Keeping your hair away from these products will minimize any additional damage to your hair.

    Gels, hairsprays and other styling products mostly contain alcohol that damages hair badly. Do not try to stick your hair in a ponytail or twist them into a hair clip as it further weakened the hair. While you are trying to heal your damaged hair, try not to process them any further with relaxers, colours or any other chemical straightener.
