    First, you should try to learn to see your problems as good things, as they are the ones that cause growth. If you never have problems to solve, you will never grow, intellectually, spiritually and emotionally. Problems give us life, comfort does not. Comfort only causes fear, attachment and lethargy in the long run.

    Understand that multitasking is not always good for managing your mind, particularly when you have to do things that require complete focus. You can multitask when it comes to things like washing the dishes in conjunction with doing the laundry. On the other hand, you cannot multitask fixing your car when writing your assignment.

    You have to understand that a fragmented mind is an unorganised mind. So, when you have task that requires complete focus, make a commitment to concentrate on that task for the duration, or break it down into smaller tasks and give put effort on these. This is what you do to manage huge task in your mind in small ways.

    Take deep breaths. Many times, it happens that a lot of tasks on hand make you stressed. At that time, deep breaths can certainly make you feel better and you will be able to take better decisions. Breathing, especially deep breathing is a key to focus and maintain your attention. In addition your brain needs the extra oxygen to process all the thoughts going through your brain.

    You should try to practice letting go of wasteful distractions in your life. This may appear a really hard thing to do, especially when you have a lot of distractions throughout the day. However, with practice and commitment, you will soon become more attuned to deflecting these events from causing disarray in your daily life.
