How to Numb Pain from a Cut
You have got wounded, probably from some unwanted event, and have a cut wide open from some part of the body and you want to lower the pain caused by the disconnection of nerves. You will have to first generate a level of tolerance for that. You will have to understand that accidents are part of life and overreacting will only worsen the scenario. You should always carry a first aid box with you everywhere you go so that you don’t have to fuss around to find some basic equipment that will be required to numb the pain at the first place. Just hold your breath and don’t cry. Understand that cuts are normal and you will heal up in few moments; maybe it will leave a scar but that can also be removed with the help of laser technology. So, there is nothing to worry. The damage has been done, just chill and figure a way out to collect the first aid equipment. The first aid kit that you should carry with you should contain:
Gauze pads (at least 4 x 4 inches),
two large gauze pads (at least 8 x 10 inches),
box adhesive bandages (band-aids),
one package gauze roller bandage at least 2 inches wide,
two triangular bandages,
wound cleaning agent such as sealed moistened towelettes,
scissors,
at least one blanket,
tweezers,
adhesive tape,
latex gloves,
resuscitation equipment such as resuscitation bag,
airway,

directions for requesting emergency assistance.

The first thing you need to do is to clean the place where the cut has taken place. You need to get cotton buds from the aid box and put some spirit on that. You would apply spirit on the cotton and then gently clean the place of the wound so that any dirt or anything can be swept away.

If the blood doesn’t clot, you will have to find ice and place it on the wound. It will help the nerves to calm down and blood will clot. When the blood flow stops, apply some more spirit in the same fashion to clean the place of wound again.
-
3
Apply antibacterial medicine that will help the cut to heal. It will help the place to heal and the pain will decrease.
-
4
Put bandage in a manner that it covers the entire place of the wound. Don’t fix it too tight that it will hurt.
