First of all, you should take a plastic bucket which should have the capacity of 3 gallons of water. Now fill it with 2 gallons of water and pour in ½ lb trisodium phosphate.

After that, thoroughly stir this mixture of trisodium phosphate and water by using nylon scrub. Keep stirring until the mixture become smooth.

Now you should put water into a garden hose and rinse the surface of fibre cement siding. You can use spray nozzle in order to reach the narrow corners of the siding. Make sure you have completely rinsed the siding.

Then take the mixture of trisodium phosphate and water and start scrubbing the surface of the fibre cement siding by using a scrub brush.

For cleaning the high areas of the wall, you can use the telescoping pole brush which will reach all areas of the wall easily.

Now you should again rinse the fibre cement siding by using the spray nozzle on garden hose. After rinsing it, wait for a few hours until the siding becomes fully dry with the natural air.

You should also remove any pain or other old caulking from the surface of the fibre cement siding. You can use a scraper for this purpose which will help in removing paint from the surface easily.

Not, you should take a roller brush apply a coat exterior acrylic masonry primer to the fibre cement siding. Make sure that acrylic masonry primer is of top quality. Use a ladder in order to reach higher areas of the siding and leave the siding to dry.

After that, apply a coat of top quality exterior latex polyurethane paint to the fibre cement siding and leave it to dry in the natural air. Now you are done with painting your fibre cement siding.
