Do not forget to mention the starting and closing date of the job and give a brief intro of your company. Elance also allows you to take benefit of their ready to use templates but if you no longer wish to use them you can always write your proposal in the given space.

You can also upload up to 10 attachments that will help the bidder in having a sound idea of what kind of work is required from him as he/she would be using this as a template.

Now select the category of your job, specify it as a fixed price or an hourly rate job.

State your budget range and this will help you in attracting potential employees.

To make sure that your job is displayed to the right audience, choose the appropriate category for it. For example, web development, academic writing or technical writing.
