How to Prepare a Peanut Butter Breakfast Sandwiches

Peanut butter, traditionally made using ground and roasted nuts, makes for a tasty and nourishing spread, eaten commonly with bread. Peanut butter sandwich is a staple breakfast food in many regions and is a favorite with both kids and adults. These sandwiches are known for the blend of sweet and savory taste and can be had any time of the day as snacks.     Peanut butter and banana sandwich

    Ingredients:
    Reduced-fat or regular peanut butter: ½ cup
    French bread: 8 (1/2 inch) slices
    Honey: 2 tablespoons
    Medium sized bananas: 2
    Eggs (beaten): 2
    Milk: ½ cup
    Ground cinnamon: ¼ teaspoon
    Butter or margarine: 1 tablespoon
    Fruit preserves or jam (any flavor): ½ cup

    Evenly spread the peanut butter onto one side of each bread slice and drizzle honey over it. Cut each banana into four pieces (lengthwise and crosswise) and arrange them on four of the prepared bread slices. Top the bananas with the remaining bread slices, with peanut-butter sides down and set aside. Now, in a shallow bowl, whisk together two eggs, half cup milk and ground cinnamon. Carefully dip your peanut butter sandwiches into the egg mixture and fry them in a large skillet for about two minutes on each side or until nicely golden. Cut the fried sandwiches into half crosswise and serve warm with melted fruit preserves.

    Ingredients:
    French Bread: 8 (1/2 inch) slices
    Chopped cooked chicken breast: 1/2 cup
    Crunchy peanut butter: 2 tablespoons
    Chopped Fuji apple: 3 tablespoons
    Chopped black or red grapes: 2 tablespoons
    Light mayonnaise: 1 tablespoons
    Honey: 2 teaspoons

    Using a sharp kitchen knife, coarsely chop chicken meat and fruits and mix them in a bowl. Also add peanut butter, mayonnaise and honey to the bowl and toss to combine thoroughly. Spoon this filling between two bread slices and serve. This is one of the quickest and healthiest peanut butter sandwich recipes. If you want, you can also coat the inner sides of the bread slices with peanut butter.
