How to Properly Use a Facial Scrub
The skin needs constant care. We should not only wash our face twice a day but should also use exfoliating tool such as Masks, gels, scrubs and face creams that will remove the dead cells of the epithelial tissue regularly.
In order to get a smooth skin, women usually spend a lot of time and money. However, they should also remember that improper care or poor selection of cleaning agents for the skin can cause acne, age spots and irritation.
Skin treatment can be done at home. Scrubs remove dead skin cells, stimulate circulation and make the skin smooth and soft.

1
To apply scrub on your face, tie up your hair at the back with the help of a hair catch or a hair-band. Take a little bit of scrub on your palm (less than half a coffee spoon), and if it is not enough liquid, mix it with drops of water.

Move your fingertips in a circular motion to apply a scrub on your face. Start with the nose and T-zone. Gently rub on the cheeks then go down to the chin. Avoid the area around the eyes as its too sensitive and cleaning particles can harm this particular area. Rubbing your face in a circular motion will help stimulate the blood circulation. Repeat the procedure several times.

To cleanse the body, mix liquid soap or gel. Apply it to wet body and massage, then rinse with water and apply a nourishing cream. Women often complain of dry skin. The problem persists due to dead skin particles, which do not allow the cream to nourish the skin.
