In order to play music of any sort on your iPod, you need to first put music on the device. In order to do this, the first thing that you need to do, is to go on and put iTunes on your computer. After you have downloaded this and put it on your computer, the next step is for you to go on and attach the iPod to the computer using your cable.
After this is done, wait for iTunes to open up. After it opens up, go on and select the options which allow you to put music on your device. You can do this manually, or let it sync all the songs on your computer with your iPod. -

After the songs are on your iPod, go ahead and eject the device and then separate it from the computer. Having done this, you now possess an iPod with songs, most of which are probably your favourites.
Now the next step is to go on and charge your iPod to a maxim.
Having done this, go ahead and connect your headphones and start playing the music. In order to shuffle the music, all you have to do, is go on and tap the shuffle icon that appears on the iPod. This is rather simple to do and you shouldn't have many problems doing this. -

However, if you don't seem to be too happy with the songs that the iPod is playing on shuffle, you also have an option of going on and flicking through the songs without looking at the screen and then clicking on something randomly.
