How to Recover Corrupted Files off An SD Card

Visit the Pro Data Doctor’s official website and locate the Memory Card Data Recovery software. Click the “Download Demo” button and click “Save” when you will be asked to save the file on your computer. A new window will appear on your screen, asking you about the location of the file, where it should be saved on your hard drive.

Locate the downloaded file on your hard drive and double click on it. Click “OK”, followed by “Run”, when prompted. It will start the installation process for the program you just downloaded. Click “Next” to proceed to the installation process. When asked, set the location where you want the program to be installed.

Click “I Agree” at the terms and privacy policy section. Click next and the installation files will start copying on your hard drive. Click “Finish” to finish the installation process.

Now, connect the SD card or the device that used SD card with the computer, and wait for the operating system to detect it. After the SD card is detected, launch the Memory Card Data Recovery software.

Select SD card from the list of drives that will appear in the software window. After selecting the SD card, click the “Standard Search”, to start searching for the files that got corrupted and need to be recovered.

After the search is complete, you will see a list of corrupted files against the corrupted files section. Select the files that you want to be recovered, and click “Next”. The files will now be recovered and saved on your hard drive. You can also define the location where the software should save the files after recovering them.
