We all suffer from stress. Whatever age bracket you are in, this emotion keeps coming back for some reason or the other. The first step is to get to know what you are stressed about. Unless you know the reason for it, it will be hard to relax. When a person is under stress, he/she does not think rationally. So take a deep breath, breathing is known to ease up your mind and body. This will help you calm down and gain perspective.

Now sit down and think of how blessed you are. You will find a lot of reasons to be thank full for. It could be your kids, successful career, your house or simply someone's smile could make you happy. This way you will start to think positive.

It could be going to a spa and getting a massage because that helps in relieving tension, taking a stroll in the park, going shopping, painting, knitting, baking and so much more.
