Most stains will disappear with the soapy solution. If yours is a more stubborn one, you will have to make more effort. Vinegar and ammonia can be used for cleaning the stains. Both of them have clearing properties that prove helpful around the house. Add 2 tablespoon ammonia to a bowl of lukewarm water. In another bowl, mix a cup of white vinegar and 2 cups lukewarm water. Dip a cloth in the ammonia mixture first. Blot the stain with it. Now do the same with the vinegar solution. Keep alternating between these two like you did with the soap and clear water. When the stain disappears, dip a clean cloth in clean water and give a final clear blot to lift off traces of the cleaning solutions. Make sure that you use clean clothes for each alternate blotting. Using white helps you knowing how much of the stain is cleared.
