How to Remove Stains On Teeth

    You can buy adhesive whitening strips from the market and apply them on your teeth on daily basis. Whitening strips usually contain peroxide-based gel, which helps in removing stains from teeth. Make sure you follow the instruction that came with the product you bought.

    You can also use Orange peel to whiten your teeth. For that purpose, take an orange and peel it. Use the inside of the peel to rub on your teeth, as the inner part of the peel contains natural acid called limonene, which is a great whitening agent. You can rub the peel twice a day every day.

    Create a paste using fresh strawberries and apply it on your stained teeth. You can take three strawberries and mash them well to create the paste. Apply the paste to your toothbrush, and keep brushing for at least 2 minutes once a day. If you want to create a thicker paste, then you can use more strawberries. It is one of the best ways to whiten your teeth, as strawberries contain an enzyme called malic acid, which is also a great whitening agent. Many commercial toothpastes use this enzyme to bring brightness on people’s faces.

    Take four tablespoons of baking soda and mix it well with one tablespoon of lemon juice and create a paste. It is advised that you brush for at least five minutes with this paste. Do it once a day, daily. The properties of lemon juice and baking soda can greatly help you in getting your teeth whitened, and it will also help in removing the unwanted stains.
