Consider visiting the Redbox website. On the website, you should be able to find the closest Redbox kiosk and the list of movies available at that store. Provide your location in the search box and click the red button to see the list of results. You can than look through the results to see what movies are available at kiosks that appear against your search.

Select the movie you want to rent and put it on hold through the website. Find the Rent button under the movie you want to rent. Check the prices. Typically movies are $1 plus tax. If you are happy with the price, click on the Continue button. Before you can pay the rent, you will be asked to create an online account and provide your credit card or debit card details. You will be required to present the same card to collect the movie. Although it is not compulsory to make an online booking, it can guarantee the movie will be available when you visit the Redbox kiosk.

Once you have made the payment via credit or debit card, go to the closest vending machine and rent the movie. You will be required to press the Rent a Movie button to see the list the movies available in the machine. After selecting the movie of your choice, press the Checkout button. Use your credit card or debit card to make the payment.

Returning DVDs to the Redbox is also very easy. Simply, return to the same kiosk and press Return a Movie button. Make sure the DVD is inserted in the correct way. When the screen shows the message “Movie has been successfully returned”, press the continue button to complete the process.
