How to Repair Car Rolling Chassis
The term Car Rolling Chassis generally refers to the car’s body, suspension, steering and transmission systems. Body
Get rid of any dents or scratches on the body of the rolling chassis. For removing a dent, use the suction out method or simply hammer out the dent. Avoid using too much force when trying to remove a dent in the body of the rolling chassis because if you do so, you might end up forming a new dent. For getting rid of scratches, consider purchasing body filler. The colour of the filler you purchase should be same as the colour of the body. Only a paint job would be required if there are no dents or scratches on the body of the chassis being repaired. -

Suspension
If you feel that your ride has become increasingly bumpy over a period of time, there may be a problem with the suspension. Consider replacing all the springs beneath the seats. If that does not solve the problem, you would have to get the shock absorbers changed. -

Steering System
Your ride may be imbalanced due to constant usage for a long period of time. Imbalanced vehicles tend to vibrate while they are being steered by the driver. In such a situation, check all the wheels and ensure none of them is bent. To check if the wheels are bent, lift the car and rotate each wheel manually. Wheel that favour a particular side are bent and need to be replaced. -

Transmission
To fix problems with the transmission of vehicle, consider replacing all the fluids used in the transmission system. If the problem you are facing does not go away, replace any dirty filters and check the gears to ensure they are not broken. Replace the dirty filters or broken gears accordingly. Finally, check bell housing to ensure that the center of the bell housing is not stuck on either side. If that is the case, loosen the bell housing accordingly.
