Tuna; skinned, deboned, and cubed: 2 lbs
Vinegar: 1 1/2 cup
Ginger, minced: 3 tablespoons
Red onion, minced: 1 large
Salt: 2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Lemon or calamansi juice: 1/2 cup
Red chilies, chopped: 1 to 2 tablespoons

Then, just add some mayonnaise spread on the bread before placing tuna salad on it. You can even add spinach or other vegetables to it and then add tuna salad at the centre of it.
