1
Look in the mirror all the time
The first thing you need to keep in mind while shaping your eyebrows is that you have to look in a mirror all the time. Make sure that the mirror is cleaned up properly and there are no dirt marks on it before proceeding. Take a good look at your eyebrow and see which part sticks up and which one doesn’t. Decide where you want to flatten your eyebrow and then proceed to the next step. -
2
Do one thing at a time
You need to do one thing at a time. Eyebrows are very delicate and you cannot rush while using scissors especially. Clip away unwanted top of hair a little at a time using nail scissors and continue this until you are satisfied. Make sure that your eyebrow is even before moving on to the next step. -

Use a toothbrush to comb your eyebrows
Take out a new toothbrush to comb your eyebrow in shape. You can also use an eyebrow brush to do the job but it is recommended that you use a toothbrush for combing the eyebrows into shape. You can choose to comb without any extra fluid but it would be better if you use a fixing fluid for this purpose. You can use hair gel as it is one of the most used fixing fluids when it comes to hair. However, gels have their disadvantages as well so you can choose Aloe Vera, which is used by most of the cosmetic companies in their products these days. Or alternatively, you can use Vaseline. Vaseline can make your eyebrows soft and it will add extra shine to it making it easier for you to shape your eyebrows. -

Repeat the step with the other eyebrow
Once you are done with one eyebrow, repeat all the above mentioned steps with your other eyebrow as well.
