Try to determine the definites that can be in a certain block. The definites are numbers that are surely going to be there. Start from the number 1 and move to number 9 and see which one is possible in each place. -

Another way to solve the puzzle is to look for the numbers that are missing from the blocks. You should see the numbers that are already there, and see which of the missing numbers can be placed on either spot. -
