Check if your toddler is teething

First of all, see if your baby is teething or not. A few signs and symptoms are drooling, face and chin rashes, biting, diarrhea, pulling on ears and a low class fever. In order to find out, grab the infant and place him in your lap to cuddle. After that, take your fingers and press them against the gums. On the other hand, you can also do this using a soft wash cloth. Put an ice cube in the wash cloth and let your kid chew on it.

Moreover, take bananas and apples and slice them. Then put these slices in the freezer and when they are cold, urge the infant to suck on the fruits. Buy teething rings and teething toys from a nearby kid store. Place them in the freezer and ask the child to suck on them as well. If you want to numb the gums of the infant, use baby safe teething gels. Also you can improve the low grade fever with baby approved Acetaminophen and use a dosage according to your kid’s weight and age. Try to bring the baby to your personal doctor to seek professional treatment if your traditional remedies are not effective.
