Sometimes people are unable to train at these facilities and prefer to workout at home. It is not the easiest of tasks but can be done. It demands certain equipment and a lot of hard work if you want to successfully train for boxing at home.

Mental Preparation
You need to be mentally ready to train at home. This can in no way replicate the exact same environment as in a proper boxing training facility so you will need to be willing to take this road. It will not be easy and you need to put in a lot of effort. -

Run
Use the treadmill for this purpose. Running helps you get in shape and will add a lot to your stamina. Boxers often indulge in a lot of running as a part of their fitness regime. -
