1
Make a goal & set a routine
In order to remain committed to exercise, you need to set small goals for yourself. For example, if you are over-weight, you need to plan that you have to lose at least 5 Kg in the next 3 months.
Once you start working out, keep in mind that the first couple of weeks are going to be the harder part and you may have to force yourself to go to gym. However, once you go past this period smoothly, you will start to enjoy exercise.
You need to plan and decide what time of the day you want to work out and then make sure that you follow the routine every single day. You may take a day off every week to refresh yourself. -
2
Have a partner
The best way to have consistency in exercise is to have a partner in working out. He/She will motivate you when you are being lazy and vice versa. You and your partner can also share the techniques of different exercises. -
3
Indulge in sports
If you do not enjoy working out and find it hard to remain committed, you should start taking part in the sports you love to play. This will create an urge in you to take part in a physical activity every day.
