    Honey Mixtures

    Honey & Black Pepper: Take a spoon of honey and top it with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Swallow it.

    Honey & Onion: Cut one small onion into two and chop one of the halves into fine bites. Now quickly pour some honey into a small mixing bowl and warm it by placing in microwave oven for few second. Add the onion slice into the honey and top with some freshly chopped or ground thyme. Mix up the ingredients and swallow it in few bites. You may find it difficult to swallow this mixture, but you don’t have any other option. Simply close your eyes and go for it.

    Honey & Green Tea: Make simple green tea and add some honey to it. Stir until the honey dissolved and drink it. Now thoroughly cover yourself from head to down, using a blanket. Don’t come out of it until

    Honey & Ginger: Peel ½ inch piece of ginger and cut it into fine slices. Add 1 tea spoon of honey to the crushed ginger and take it two time a day until the cough issue is solved. Make sure not to drink or eat anything for 20 to 25 minutes after taking this mixture.

    Honey & Turmeric Powder: Mix up ¼ teaspoon of finely ground turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon honey. Take this mixture twice per day, about half an hour after meals.

    Honey & Aloe Vera: Extract the jelly material (gel) of an Aloe Vera plant and mix it with same quantity of honey. Take this mixture with a half glass of lukewarm water.
