It is important to know that your thoughts create you. When one thinks about negativity all the time, it shows in their lifestyle, how they talk, their level of productivity and that goes with being positive too. You think positive and the world would grant you positive things. Thoughts form habits, habits into actions, actions into character. So change those thoughts about yourself and be more positive and see the world is a positive light.

It is the ability to understand that one should forgive themselves and let go at things that can be seldom difficult to let go off. It is good to identify mistakes you might need help on and continue from there and work on becoming better.

You can forget about them and later go back to it and see how much you wrote down. You are now able to decipher which is important to you, what can be handled and what can't be handled, what is positive and negative
