How to Style the Front of the Hair for an Updo

    Your hair needs to be fresh, clean and free from any hair products like sprays or hair wax. Let your hair dry but if you are in a hurry, you can always blow dry your hair.

    Tangle free your hair by brushing them once they get dry. Always use a wide brush which suits your hair type. Then use a comb to part your hair and remove any tangles left.

    After brushing, separate your hair into sections. First is the top, from ear to the point of head, then mid of the head make a pony tail to separate this section. Use clips or band to tie sections separately. Make second section from mid to back of the head.

    Tie off the right hand side of hair. If you have curly or wavy hair use a straightener. Same goes with the frizzy hair. This will give a tidy smooth look to your hair.

    Then, by using a curler, give ringlet style curls to each and every strand. Repeat the steps and curl your hair all the way on the bottom leaving the first section of hair untouched.

    After curling your hair,take a strand from the first section and curl it the same way before then by using bobby pin secure the curled strand at the base of the pony tail. Pin the strand to make it look like a circle. Continue the step until all the strands of the ponytail are pinned in circles making a bun at the mid of your head.

    Once you pinned the mid section, untie the top section. Curl them separately and pin the section onto the bun leave sides loose for a more natural look. You can also leave bangs.

    Time to give your hair a finishing touch. Make sure that all ends of the strands are tucked into the bun tightly so that they wont stick out or wiggle when you move your head.
