1
Bring your own towel and toiletries
In order to properly clean your body, you would obviously need your toiletries, towel and also a foot-wear for shower.
Keep in mind that taking shower during a gym class is all about confidence. If you are not confident, chances are high that you will get noticed more. Most of us do not have ideal body shape, so you do not need to worry if you do not look like a model. Remember nobody is perfect so just be happy with the way you look and let others know that you do not care about what they think. Feeling good about yourself will definitely show and other people will realise that you are comfortable. -
2
Get into the shower
Take off your clothes and shoes, put on some flip-flops and get into the shower. You can wrap the towel around your torso (females) or waist (males), but it is totally your choice. However, remove the towel before getting into the shower. Thoroughly clean your body, using soap and you can even shampoo your hair if you want. -
3
Dry your body and lock the locker
Once you are done with the shower, get out of the wet area and start to dry your body and hair with the towel. You can use a deodorant to avoid any body odor. Put on your clothes and shoes but make sure that your locker is properly locked before you leave the gym. -

Properly store your clothes:
Since your workout clothes are probably wet from sweat and your towel will definitely be damp, it is very important to air these items out before you shove them in your locker. You want to avoid mold or mildew from forming on y0ur clothes as they will begin to smell.
