You need to take a series of images to create a panoramic photo. The first image is the most important one. Capture the first picture very carefully. It should essentially be the start of your panoramic photo.

  • 2

After taking the first image, turn the film advance knob to prepare your camera for the next image. This knob movement is very important. Although you need to move the film a little forward, you should not go entirely to the next frame.

In order to ensure that the next frame is overlapping the previous one, take notice of the arrow mark on the knob. The best possible way of avoiding an error is to turn the knob after locating the arrow’s tail by using your thumb. Stop turning the knob when the arrow reaches the tail’s last location.

It is the time to take the next image. Just pan your camera a little to capture the area next to the first fame. It is important to keep the camera at the same height and distance for all the images. Therefore, it is always best to use a tripod, because the awkward movement of your hands could disturb the entire image.

Take shots from left to right. Repeat the first three steps to take more images to complete your panoramic photo.
