How to Transfer Contacts from Yahoo to Gmail
Gmail is among robust platforms that offer unique features to attract internet users, and this is the reason why many users have moved from Yahoo! to Gmail. Turn on your computer, launch the web browser you use and login into Yahoo! Mail.

Enter your Yahoo! ID and password to access your Yahoo! email account.

Once you get into your Yahoo! email account, find the “Options” tab on the right top corner of the page, and click the drop down menu.

Now, click the “Mail Option” link given at the top of the drop down menu option.

Once the menu on your left-hand side opens, click the “Contact Options.”

Move on and click the “Import/Export” link on the upper right side of the page.

Now, scroll down to the Export section and click the “Export Now” link on the right side of Yahoo! CSV.

Enter the desired code and click the “Export Now” link given below the code box.

Once you hit the Export Now tab, it will start downloading the CSV file containing your Yahoo! contacts.

Wait for a few seconds until the file downloads and then save it to your desktop.

Launch your web browser again and login into Gmail email account by entering your Gmail ID and password.

Go to the upper left side of the Gmail email menu bar and click the “Contacts” link.

Click the “Import link” on the upper-right corner of the page.

Now, click the “Browse” tab and click the location where you have saved the Yahoo! CSV file.

Select the Yahoo! CSV file and hit the “Open” link.

Click the Import Contacts button and wait for a few seconds until you receive a confirmation message from Gmail that “Your contacts have been successfully imported.”
