How to travel from Dubai to Al Ain

Al Ain which is known as the Garden city of United Arab Emirates is at a distance of 120 km from the city of Dubai. The oasis city has its own international airport, however most travelers use the ones at Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is a favorite destination from the tourists worldwide due to its greenery and lush parks, in contrast to the dry and hot desert surrounding it.

Al Ain surely has a lot to boast of, with its museums, zoos and greenery. The transport network in UAE is very well developed and offers comfortable travel by car and bus. There are no airlines offering services between these cities, maybe because the distance is very less.

    By Own Car:

    Travelling in your own car is the best alternative as you can make the stopovers and do all the sightseeing that you want without any worries. The E66 road connects Dubai to Al Ain, and takes drivers around 1.5 hours to cover comfortably.Follow the road guide from Dubai to Al Ain to avoid any mishap.

    The bus:

    The best way to travel from Dubai to Al Ain is the bus.  The buses depart from ''Al Ghubaiba Bus Station"in Dubai. It usually starts at 6:30 AM until 10:30 PM; a mini bus leaves every hour.

    There are also mini buses available at  Bur Dubai taxi station. Both of these are quite safe to travel anytime. It takes about two hours of travel and around 20 AED.

    By Taxi:

    There are metered taxis available from Dubai to Al Ain which charge per km. As they are metered, they wont loot you down and you can cover the distance in 1.5 hr.
