Complete the course of immunotherapy. It is the most effective means of treating allergies of any nature and is aimed at reducing hypersensitivity. The process of desensitisation involves an injection under the skin of the relevant allergen. They induce the production of antibodies in the body, which prevent further development of allergic reactions. Depending on the severity, such therapy may last up to several months. Eventually one can dispense a single dose per month.

The most sensible and effective way to get rid of allergies from pets is to give away your pet to someone you know that can provide a loving home. If for some reason you cannot do it, you need to take some precautions. First, limit the range of movement of your pet. Do not let it enter your bedroom and lounge area.

Set a few air-filters in the house. Such tools capture most of the micro particles, including dander, hair and other allergens.

To avoid the accumulation of allergens, clean your pet thoroughly. More often bleach wash the place where it usually sits. Weekly bathe and wash your pet with a good shampoo.
