Stress is something that everyone goes through at one point or another, no matter what one thinks.     Taking a soothing walk in the park, going jogging with your favourite tunes playing, pumping iron in the gym or just plain sports with friends and family are sure ways to get your mind off the things that are not worth thinking about.
