How to Upload Your Video Podcast Onto Ourmedia

Ourmedia.org is a great podcast hosting solution and if you have a website or blog where you want to add different music files, then nothing can be better than to upload your media files on Ourmedia.

Before you upload your media file on Ourmedia, you should make sure that the size of the file does not exceed the maximum upload limit offered by the website. The process of uploading media files on Ourmedia is almost same as for any other podcast hosting site. You only have to create a free account on Ourmedia and start uploading media files.

    Open your web browser and navigate to Ourmedia.org. Click the “Register” button present at the top right corner of the screen, and you will be taken to the registration page. Enter all the required information and click “Register” to complete the registration process.

    Once you are logged in to your account, click the “Publish my media” tab, present at the main bar, or the text link present under the “My Controls” section at the left side.

    Now you can select the type of media that you want to upload on Ourmedia. In this example, a video file will be used as podcast. Click the “Video” icon, and you will be taken to the “Submit Video” page. Here, you need to make sure that the video file must be less than the stated file size limit.

    Enter the title of the video in the “Title” field, and then click the “Browse” button. You will now be asked to select the file that you want to upload on Ourmedia.

    Also, you will be required to select the type of video from the “Video Type” drop-down menu. In the “Author/Artist” field, write down the name of the artist of the video file.

    Write a short description of the work in its respective field and then select keywords for your video file if you want. In the “Basic Info” section, you will have to provide information related to the licence of the file.

    Once you are done with providing all the necessary information, click the “Preview” button. If you find everything correct in the preview window, click the “Submit” button and the file will start uploading.
