Instructions
-
1
Take more pictures
You need to have a good grip on the camera and you can do this by taking more pictures. Use your camera regularly in order to get used to it and gain more experience.
When using the camera, always hold camera with one hand and lens with the other. -
2
Get multiple zooms
Unlike normal digital cameras, digital SLR Cameras are not zoom specific. You can attach different lenses in order to change the zoom settings of your camera.
Zoom settings can also be adjusted by turning the lens. Turning left will zoom in while turning to the other side will zoom out. -
3
Take use of preset settings
In order to take photos quickly from your digital SLR camera, you can use preset settings. In order to know the difference, you can take pictures in each setting and compare them. Remember when you get expert in this, you will be able to adjust your own settings. -
4
ISO settings
You need to adjust the ISO settings. Lower number of ISO settings e.g. 100 is suitable for taking bright colour pictures in outdoor. On the other hand, higher number of ISO settings e.g. 1600 is ideal for taking indoor pictures.
Remember to set it in range of 500 to 800 if you don’t know how to adjust ISO. -
5
Adjust the frame rate
Next you need to set how long the shutter will remain open. This is done by adjusting camera’s frame rate. The longer it is open, the blurrier your photo gets.
Remember to use a tripod for better effects and for applying effects. -
6
Adjust camera’s aperture
In order to adjust how wide the lens of the camera opens and the picture brightness, you need to adjust the camera’s aperture. In bright light, keep the camera’s aperture close and vice versa.
