Use Baking Soda as an Invigorating Scrub
In a large mixing bowl, blend three parts of baking soda and one part of tepid water. Keep on blending until both ingredients merge well and forms thick rich paste. Apply it to your rough skin, especially on hands, knees and elbows. Now use fingertips to massage in the paste in circular motion until your skin absorbs it well. Leave for leave for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing off with cool water. -

Use Baking Soda for Foot Care
Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of salt to a small tub of lightly warm water. Use your hand to stir until the salt dissolves and baking soda mixes well with the water. Now place your feet in this solution and let them soak for the next 20 minutes and then gently massage your feet for 5 minutes. Now rinse off your feet with tap water. -

Fill your bathtub with lukewarm water and add half cup of baking soda to it. Now use this solution to take a bath and then rinse off with some plain water at the end. -

Place a handful of baking soda in a bowl and top with some water. Stir to form a thick paste. Apply it all over your face in a circular motion, avoiding eyes, eyebrows, and lips. Let it sit for 10 minutes or until dry. Rinse off the mask with some lukewarm water and pat dry with soft towel or tissue paper. -

Use Baking Soda as an Exfoliator
Wash your face with lukewarm water and then dip the wet hands into baking soda. Now rub both hands together until it forms a sticky mixture. Now use both of your hand to massage your face and neck in circular motion, avoiding mouth and eyes. Continue massaging for at least five minutes and then leave it for the next five to ten minutes. Rinse off with lightly warm water and pat dry your face.
