    Hook it to the Computer

Place it into the USB port of your computer.

    Most hardware these days are plug and play. However, it is not necessary that you operating system will also support it. Therefore, you will have a CD that has all the necessary software and drivers for the scanner to be operational.

    Install the drivers on to your computer. This will take no more than a few minutes and can be quicker depending on the type of the driver as well as the speed of your computer. Once this is done, restart the computer.

    Once the computer has restarted, you can start scanning the images and documents that you wish to scan. The process is easy and you will need to open the software that is added to your computer to operate the scanner. There are going to be various options that are available to you and you can choose the one as per your preference.

    Once the documents or the pictures have been scanned, you can see the scanning quality to make sure that you have gotten the desired results.
