How to Violate Your Probation

Before you think about violating your probation, you must first know what a probation is in legal terms. In its strictest sense, probation is the release of an offender from detention, subject to a set period of good behaviour under supervision. Usually, the supervision is done under a probation officer. The discharge is a conditional one and in most cases lasts for one to two years. During this period, you must show good behaviour, make regular appearances whenever ordered by the court and keep your designated probation officer in the loop whenever there’s any change in address or job. Depending on the type of crime you had committed, extra sanctions might also be ordered by the court and you will have to respect and not violate them.

However, if you still feel like a rebel, it’s totally your call. There are a lot of things that you can do that are in direct violation of your probation. If you are so hell bent on violating the probation, you must keep in mind that once you are caught, there will be no running away and more strict sanctions and terms could await you.
