    Respected Sir,

    I am writing this letter to you in order to give you the details of the confrontation at work between me and Harris on December 10, 2013 which happened in plain view of most of our fellow colleagues. As you know that Elton John and me have been working together in this company for many years due to which we have always had a good relationship. However, since my promotion, Elton has been acting very strangely.

    Yesterday, as I was about to pack my belongings, Elton approached me with a cup of hot coffee and threw it on my 400 $ Armani T-shirt which my girlfriend had given to me on my birthday. Though he made it look like an accident, it was not as Elton meant it. Naturally, I was very angry and I confronted him right away in front of Edmond and Wayne who later on admitted that Elton had done it on purpose.

    As I confronted Elton, he threw a punch at me which I took like a man and retaliated by using a stapler nearby with which I tried to pin his ears with. However, it was not remotely possible and I ended up bruising his jaw instead. Wayne and Lil Kim, aware of what could have happened later on, broke up the fight and separated us. Before leaving, Elton said, “that’s for stealing my girl”. Sir, Elton’s ex-girlfriend is my girlfriend now and she left him and not the other way around which is the main reason why he has been trying to get back at me for days.

    Respected Sir, I believe in keeping my professional life far away from my domestic life. This is the reason why that despite my differences with Elton, I was always there to help him out whenever the need arose. However, our actions disturbed the office’s decorum and I will accept any punishment that I receive even if it means me clearing out my desk which is not a problem since I was going to resign anyway.
