Fitness is something which can only be attained in small steps and for that you need to have a comprehensive plan, broken down to days and even hours. The goals should be well defined within that plan, and if for some reason a person cannot follow the routine for a given span, there should be plan B as well. If you fail to follow that even, know that you are going in the wrong direction.
