Iced Caramel Coffee Recipe

Cold coffee: 1-1/2 cups
Sugar: 1/2 cup

Take a blender and add coffee in it along with sugar, salt, milk, vanilla essence and chocolate caramel syrup. If you want your caramel cold coffee a little less sweet then you can always reduce the amount of sugar that you use. Blend them well until the mixture becomes thick and smooth with bubbles starting to appear. Check the consistency of the mixture to ensure that it is thick and smooth.

Now add one cup of crushed ice in the mixture and blend them well until mixture further thickens up and it becomes creamy. Garnish it with fresh cream. Try not to use too much ice as you do not want your mixture to get too watery.
