Marks Barfield is the architect who designed the pier, and the engineering work was done by Beckett Rankine and Tilbury Douglas. From the point of Westminster, the boats and ferries turn back to the London Eye pier and that is basically the turning point and last stop. Some of them are Dali Universe, London Eye, Big Ben and Floerence Nightingale Museum.
