Marshmallow Fruit Salad Recipe

Marshmallow fruit salad is another side dish which is a favorite delight for anyone who loves marshmallows. Mostly marshmallows are loved by kids so give them a treat of this exciting salad which is not only nutritious for them but a very delicious snack as well. So if your kids never eat fruits then this is a good way to make them eat fruits by combining them with marshmallows. You can add any fruits in this salad that are available in the given season. Mayonnaise is another ingredient added in this salad, however you can also prepare this salad using sour cream, the choice is yours!

Ingredients:

– 1 pack Marshmallows
– ½ bunch Green Grapes (without seeds)
– ½ bunch Red Grapes (without seeds)
– 3 Fresh and Ripened Oranges
– 3 Fresh and Ripened Bananas
– 1 cup Mayonnaise
– 1 Green Lettuce (large)

    Rinse all the fruits and veggies before getting started.

    Torn off all the grapes from bunches and add them in a bowl. Peel the bananas and dice them nicely into thin rounds. Also peel the oranges and cut them into wedges. Combine all the fruits in a bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Now the fruits are almost chilled so take them out from the Refrigerator. Now add mayonnaise and marshmallows in the bowl and whisk well.

    Finally, torn off large leaves from green lettuce and place them in individual serving platters. Add the salad on each leaf and serve.
