    Aloe Vera juice

Before using Aloe Vera juice I did lots of research and just like anything else on the Internet, I found all kinds of claims.  After trying it on a friend we found the following to be true.  It took a consistent use for a week to see the improvements.  She broke the aloe vera leaf and applied the watery gel to the acne lesions. For her, it did not act as a curing agent but instead for sure helped reduced the redness, swelling and inflammation.  She has been using it ever since and it seems to prevent new acne outbreaks.

To sum it all up, Aloe Vera juice other than soothing the skin, reproduces tissues and improves your immune system. If used regularly it will make your skin softer and reduce swelling. It causes the scars to fade. It is also being used in many skin products now.

Due to its qualities of possessing anti-oxidants, it aids in preventing acne and removing scars very efficiently. It removes dirt and oil which block the pores. At night, before sleeping, tenderly rub it on your face. Keep massaging for two to three minutes. Then steam your face by putting a warm cloth over it, this will help in opening the pores. Take off the excess oil and repeat this process at least once again. Then wash your face with cold water.
