New Sales Rep Introduction Email
Numerous companies hire sales representatives to improve their sales ratio over a period of time. If you are head of the sales department at such a company, you will have to write an initial email to a newly hired sales representative.
In the first few lines of the email, congratulate the new sales representative for being selected and write a few reasons for the selection.
In the second paragraph of the email, summarise the job description of the new sales representative. After that, conclude the email in an appropriate manner.

Dear Sarah,
The purpose of this email is to welcome you as a sales representative at ABC Enterprises. Our hiring panel chose you from a list of 30 applicants because your prior work experience and qualification was exactly what we were looking for. Please refer to the attached Word file to fully understand the duties you are required to perform. A soft copy of your work schedule is also attached.
I would also like to bring into your knowledge that currently, there are four door-to-door teams working in different areas of the city. Each team comprises of 5 sales representatives. You are to be the head of Team Alpha. In your capacity, the company expects you to keep the management updated about sales, profits, losses and customer complaints.
