As far as garnishing this fabulous cocktail is concerned, you can use your preferred fresh fruits wedges, or float thin slices of citrus fruits on the top of the cocktail. Smooth, cool, and flavourful, the Nitequell cocktail is simple and quick to make, and is bound to serve as a great crowd-pleaser at any cocktail party you host.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: Serves 1 person
Utensils: Cocktail shaker, strainer, cocktail glass
Ingredients
– 1 oz vodka
– 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
– 1/2 oz green crème de menthe
– Ice cubes
– Lemon or lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
-
1
Start by taking a cocktail shaker, and filling around a quarter of it with ice cubes – while cracked ice is also used in making cocktails, do not use it for this particular drink, as it will dilute the flavour and intensity of the cocktail.
-
2
Once the cocktail shaker is loaded with the ice, gently pour in 1 oz of vodka, ½ oz of Blue Curacao liqueur, and ½ oz of green crème de menthe. Seal the cocktail shaker by screwing the lid on tightly, and shake it gently for 10 to 15 seconds or until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended, and the drink is smooth in consistency.
-
3
Now that the drink has been prepared, grab a shot glass, hold a strainer above the glass, and pour the cocktail into it – the strainer will make sure that no unwanted shards of ice make their way into the drink.

Finally, garnish the drink. For this purpose, you can use either a lime or lemon wedge – the yellow lemon wedge gives the drink more of a summery, beach vibe, while the green lime wedge makes it look cool, fresh, and icy. Once the drink has been garnished, serve it immediately.
