Get together and office parties can be a lot of fun. You get to enjoy with your co-workers without the stress of work. It’s a great feeling and it does reduce the amount of mental stress one may be going through.

It is indeed an important event for any organisation. If you are holding such a party, email is the ideal method for letting everyone know about it.

Start off the email by giving employees the good news that the office will be hosting a party for them and their families (if they are invited) and tell them about the time and the venue of the gathering. Do mention if the party is to mark a special event.

In the second paragraph, ask them to make sure that they make themselves available on the above mentioned date and time. Provide them with a peek into what’s on offer at the party to make them even more interested.
