History
The Old Actonians Club was formed in 1964 and its sole purpose was to rent the sports ground from Acton Borough Council to provide better sporting opportunities to the local community. Prior to the club formation, Old Actonians was an association representing former students of Acton County Grammar School and the association was formed in 1925. In 1974, the lease of the club was extended and at that time it was converted to Limited by Guarantee Company. -

Operational Hours
The Old Actonians Sports Club operates from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday while on Saturdays, it runs from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and on Sundays, it opens from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm. -

By Tube
The Old Actonians Sports Club is located about 9 minutes away from Acton Town tube station which serves District and Piccadilly lines services. On leaving the station head southwest on Gunnersbury Lane and after 0.3 miles continue onto Pope’s Lane. After approximately 500 feet, turn right onto Gunnersbury Dr and after 338 feet, the sports club will be on your left. View Map
