Application Form
First of all get tourist visa application from the official website of the Consulate General of the Pakistan. Alternatively you can download it from the link given below.

Requirements
Now, you need to know what should be included in your completed application pack. Remember you should complete your application carefully because Pakistan Consulate will not process your application if you fail to produce any of the below given documents.
(a) Fully complete tourist visa application form.
(b) You need to submit two passport sized photographs with your completed application form. Remember the photographs should be fresh and in white colour background.
(c) Valid National passport that should be valid six months.
(d) Remember that the Pakistani consulate in Dubai may ask the candidate to appear for interview.
(e) In certain cases you may have to register with the police.(f) If you are being sponsored by any person, then you need to submit N.O.C from sponsor on the letter head of the company with stamp and signature.
(g) You may also be asked to submit hotel reservation or tour operator’s letter from Pakistan.
(h) You may also be asked to submit your confirmed return ticket

Submission of Application
You can send the applications in person or by post to the consulate of Pakistan in Dubai. You are advised to use registered mail service because Pakistani Consulate will not take any responsibility for misplaced documents. Pakistani consulate work five days a week from Sunday to Thursday, so you should keep these days in mind while sending your application.

Visa Processing Time
After submission of the application, the Pakistani authorities usually take only one week to grant a visa. The time will start counting from the day when the Embassy receives your application form. Time is also subject to the approval from the competent authorities.

Receive your Visa
Pakistani consulate General will send your Visa on the address you mentioned on the application form and the application package envelope. Pakistan consulate usually delivers between 1400 and 1500 on working days. Your original documents and other material will be sent back to you along with the visa.
