There is no doubt that PayPal is very reliable service but the margin for an error is always present, no matter how efficient a service is. If you are facing a problem with your PayPal account, you should write a complaint email.

Start the email by describing the problem you are facing. It would be a good idea to mention the time duration for which you have been facing the problem.

Then write about the inconvenience you are facing as a result of the problem with your PayPal account and demand that the problem be solved immediately.

    I am writing this email to complain about my PayPal account. On May 13, 2013, I made an online purchase at ‘Fashion and You’. However, when I tried to make the necessary payment using my PayPal account, for reason unknown to me, the transaction did not go through.

    I called a PayPal customer care centre right away but the representative on the other end could not solve my problem and advised me to send a complaint email. I am really concerned about this problem because there is a large sum of money in my PayPal account. Moreover, there are a number of online payments which I have to make which are being delayed because of this problem.

    Please look into this matter immediately and get the problem sorted out.
