Ingredients:

– 1 (1kg) tub low fat Greek style yoghurt
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
– 1 cucumber – peeled, seeded and chopped

    Take a medium sized bowl and put all the ingredients (low fat Greek style yoghurt, chopped fresh dill, garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper and cucumber) in it.

    When you are done stirring this mixture, cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours at the minimum.
