Visa Application Form
You can send an application to the Tajikistan U.N. Representative in New York for the visa application form. You should send self-addressed, prepaid, stamped return envelope to receive visa. Alternatively, you can download visa application form from the link given below.

Requirements
Following are the requirements need to fulfil to obtain visa.
a) Two fully complete application forms duly signed by the applicants
b) Two passport sized photographs,
c) Valid passport that should have at least six months to expiry,
d) Photocopy of the first page of the passport,
e) You may also need to submit invitation from the organisation or travel agency,
f) Visa Fee in case of Money Order,
g) self-addressed,Prepaid, stamped return envelope. -

Visa Fee
Visa fee for the tourists is just $25 Canadian Dollars. It should be paid by money order made payable to the name of the “Tajikistan Representative to U.N. in New York”.

Submission of Application
Application should be submitted by mail only to the Tajikistan Representative to U.N. in New York. You must use registered mail to avoid loss of documents and delays in application.

Processing Time
As the application will go to the New York and take some time to reach Representative, It may take up to 20 days. So, you should apply in advance and plan your trip only after receiving your visa.
